All items are delivered cold in disposable containers with disposable tableware. (Please let us know if you do NOT need the disposable tableware.)
Heating instructions will be provided for any hot items. Please arrange for someone to warm and plate the food. If required, we can also arrange for a waiter to help - please contact us for a quote.
If your venue does NOT have an equipped kitchen, we can provide an oven and microwave for a flat rate of $300 HKD.
