Heating instructions will be provided for any hot canapés. Please arrange for someone to warm and plate the food. Please note that our waiters (if required), will help to transfer the food onto platters.
If your venue does NOT have an equipped kitchen, we can provide an oven and microwave for a flat rate of $300 HKD.
