New Pop-Up at The Upper House - Spice Up Your Day with Gingers’ Breakfast

Exclusively for March, Gingers has officially taken over the L6 pop-up location at The Upper House, coinciding with the much anticipated Art Month activities. Open daily from 9am-11am, we aim to offer patrons a treat to spice up their day with some much-needed coffee and breakfast treats to go along with it!
While Gingers is more widely known as one of Hong Kong’s leading catering companies, everyone loves a good pop-up and we’re no exception. “We obviously have a lot of corporate clients who ask us if they can buy any of our food outside of catering for events, and we hadn’t had many opportunities to make it happen in that area - until now,” says General Manager, Tegan Waters.
Guests can get a taste of our signature Bacon, Egg, Cheese and Relish Bap to our beloved Sausage Rolls and wraps (vegetarian options also available), to a classic Banana Loaf or tangy Lemon Yogurt Loaf. While you might not have known it, Gingers is no stranger to the cafe scene. For the last year, they have also been catering for locations such as The Porter and Winstons as a part of their repertoire.
