Just like the Christmas classic tune, Gingers truly believes it’s the most wonderful time of the year, and they know exactly how to create the winter magic for your next event. Whether it’s the office’s annual holiday party, or a classic Christmas dinner with friends and family, leave it to Gingers and you’ll find that Santa’s elves have set the table, delicious scents coming from the kitchen, and your guests are ready to mingle and indulge.
Our Christmas offerings for the year include brand new selections in our Festive cocktail party, buffet, and sit down menus, bringing the joy of the season onto your dining tables.
We’ve designed winter canapés such as our Sausage Rolls with Spiced Cranberry Sauce, Festive Stuffing Vol-au-vent, or our Turkey Tarte, Beetroot Relish, and Red Wine Reduction, Pistachio to tell the story of past, present, and future in our flavours.
No festive season is ever complete without a classic Whole Roasted Turkey – available in both our Buffet menus as well as our Feste Group Christmas Day drop-off sets (for Dec 24th & 25th), along with all the bells and whistles of Garlic Rosemary Mashed Potatoes, Maple Carrots, and Crispy Brussels Sprouts.
For an elegant touch to your holiday celebrations, our Sit Down menu features starters such as our Ham Hock and Pistachio Roll with Apple, English Mustard Dressing and Herb Crostini or Scallop with Artichoke Purée and Sage Butter. Guests can choose mains from our new Pistachio Brie and Turkey Wellington or Spinach and Mushroom Stuffed Beef Fillet with Potato Gratin and Mulled Wine Jus.
