Our chefs require a basically equipped kitchen to prepare this menu. If your venue does NOT have this available, we can provide cooking equipment for a flat rate of $600 HKD.

Our chefs will wash up any pots and pans that have been used. Please arrange for someone to wash up the tableware (if NOT rented from Gingers).
