Simple Buffet Lunch/Dinner Party

HK$380 per person - minimum 10 persons

Fantastic simple buffet party for easy service but this does not mean a compromise on quality. Suitable for catering where there are no or limited facilities i.e. Office, Picnic etc. Delivered cold in disposable containers with disposable tableware (please let us know if you dont need the disposable tableware), ready to warm up when ready to serve.

Please choose 2 meat or fish dishes, 1 vegetarian dish, 3 salads and 2 desserts.

2 canapes (2 of each per person) can be provided for an extra HK$66 per person, please choose from the Simple Cocktail Party Menu. (excludes peking duck)

Heating instructions will be provided for hot items (h).

You need to arrange someone to warm and finish the foods.  If you don’t have someone we can arrange a waiter to help, please ask us for a quote.

If your venue does not have an equipped kitchen, we can provide an oven & microwave, hire at a flat rate of HK$300.
